The orange juice machine is a professional juicing device designed specifically for citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons. This equipment integrates halving, pressing for juice extraction, and separating the peel and pulp, effectively improving production efficiency while ensuring high juice yield.

Processing Capacity:

This fresh squeezed orange juice machine has a processing capacity of 1–3 tons/hour of raw materials, which can be flexibly configured according to actual production needs, making it suitable for continuous and large-scale orange juice processing.

Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice Machine Working Principle:

The orange juice halving machine is powered by a motor, which drives the gears through a sprocket transmission system, thereby continuously driving the pressing rollers. After the oranges enter the machine, they are first precisely halved by the lower halving blade. The halved oranges are then fed into the pressing area to extract the juice. Juice, peel, and pulp are discharged through separate outlets, ensuring clear material flow and facilitating subsequent juice filtration, concentration, or peel reuse, thus improving the overall utilization rate of raw materials.
