We recently received a customer from Morocco, who had completed production of their previously ordered apple juice production line. This line, rather than adopting a standard configuration, was modified and optimized based on the customer’s specific needs, meeting their production requirements for processing fresh apples into high-quality apple juice.
During the initial discussions, the client detailed the local market conditions and production goals. They hoped to introduce a modern apple juice production line to improve production efficiency and product quality, thereby gaining an advantage in the highly competitive market.
Our engineering team tailored the production solution to the Morocco customer’s needs. The key processes include apple sorting, washing, crushing, enzyme inactivation and cooling, pressing, filtration, sterilization, and filling. For the crushing and pressing stages, we customized the equipment parameters to better suit the characteristics of the local apple variety. The production line also features a high level of automation, ensuring maximum juice yield while preserving the juice’s taste and nutritional value.
The customer personally visited our factory for an on-site inspection and machine test. On-site, we arranged for an engineer to demonstrate the entire equipment operation process, from raw material intake to finished product discharge. The customer highly praised the equipment’s stability and juice extraction performance. During the test run, the customer witnessed firsthand how fresh apples were quickly and efficiently processed into clear, pure apple juice, expressing their deep satisfaction with our design and equipment performance.
