Description
The canned peach production line is specially designed for fruits such as peaches. From fresh peaches to finished canned peaches, the entire process is completed automatically by machines, it can also be used for processing pear, pineapple, tangerine, etc.

Canned Fruit Processing Line Working Process:
- Washing
Washing is the starting point of canned peaches production line. The characteristics of different peach varieties will cause differences in the washing process. For example, the washing equipment used for fuzzy peaches is different from that used for peaches without fuzz.
- Pit and Peel
Next, pit and peel the peaches. During this step, be careful to keep the fruit flesh intact.
- Pre-cooking (blanching)
Peeled peaches usually need to be pre-cooked, also known as blanching. The main purposes of pre-cooking include: softening the flesh to facilitate subsequent processing, inhibiting enzyme activity, preventing browning of the flesh, and improving the taste and color of the flesh.
- Cutting
Depending on product requirements, peaches can be cut in different ways, such as halving, dicing, or slicing.
- Fruit Filling
After being cut, the peaches are conveyed into an automatic fruit filling machine, which quantitatively fills the peaches into canning jars or tin cans. The automatic filling equipment ensures that the weight of fruit pulp in each can is consistent, improving production efficiency and product standardization.
- Syrup Filling
After filling the fruit pulp, a certain proportion of syrup needs to be added to the cans. The syrup not only enhances the product’s taste but also extends its shelf life to some extent.
- Venting
After filling venting is required. The purpose of venting is to remove air from the can, reduce the oxygen content, thereby preventing product oxidation and deterioration, and facilitating the subsequent formation of a vacuum.
- Vacuum sealing
After the air is released, the canned goods enter a vacuum sealing machine for sealing. Vacuum sealing effectively prevents air from entering the can, thereby extending the product’s shelf life and maintaining the fresh taste of the fruit.
- Sterilization
After sealing, canned goods need to undergo high-temperature sterilization in sterilization equipment. By scientifically controlling the temperature and time, microorganisms can be effectively killed, ensuring that canned products can be stored for a long time at room temperature.

Features of Canned Peaches Production Line:
- This canned fruit production lineis not only suitable for peach canning but can also be used for the production of various other canned fruits, such as pears, citrus fruits, and pineapples. By adjusting some equipment and process parameters, it can meet the processing needs of different fruits, demonstrating excellent versatility.
- All parts of the canned peaches production linethat come into contact with food during production are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and easy to clean, meeting the hygiene and safety standards of the food processing industry.
- This production line can be equipped with a CIP (Clean-In-Place) online cleaning system. This system can automatically clean and disinfect pipes, filling systems, and other critical equipment without disassembling the equipment, saving cleaning time and ensuring a hygienic and safe production environment.
