Description
The cherry juice production line mainly includes steps such as cleaning, pitting, pressing, sterilization, filtration, and filling. Each step of the process is designed to maximize the preservation of the natural flavor of the cherries while ensuring the food safety of the cherry juice.

Cherry Juice Production Line Workflow:
- Cleaning
Freshly harvested cherries usually come with impurities such as leaves, dust, and stems. Therefore, the first step is to clean the surface of the cherry fruit using a washing machine to ensure the hygiene of the raw cherries.
- Pitting
Cherry pits contain bitter substances and cannot be directly processed in the next stage; therefore, they must be removed beforehand. A cherry pitting machine can achieve fast and automatic pitting, ensuring a high pitting rate while minimizing damage to the fruit flesh.
- Juice and pulp separation
The pitted cherries will be fed into a cherry juicing machine for pressing to obtain cherry juice. Industrial juicing equipment typically uses screw presses or belt presses, enabling high-volume production and achieving a higher juice yield.

- Sterilization
The cherry juice still contains microorganisms and active enzymes, requiring sterilization treatment. This step not only kills microorganisms but also inhibits the activity of oxidase enzymes, thus preventing the cherry juice from darkening in color and deteriorating in flavor. The heating process also causes some particulate matter in the juice to coagulate, facilitating subsequent filtration.
- Filtration and Clarification
The heated fruit juice enters a filtration device to remove coagulated substances and excess solids, making the cherry juice clearer and more stable.
- Filling and Packaging
The filtered cherry juice will undergo final sterilization before entering the filling machine. Depending on customer requirements, options such as hot filling and aseptic cold filling are available. The final product is then labeled and packaged for market.
Features of the Cherry Juice Production Line:
- Fully automated operation, saving labor costs. From cleaning and processing to filling, the juice production line is automatically controlled. Only a small number of personnel are needed for operation and monitoring, significantly reducing labor input and improving production efficiency.
- Preserves the original flavor of cherries, resulting in a product closer to the taste of fresh cherry. This cherry juice production line reduces oxidation, resulting in a more natural color and a finished product flavor closer to fresh cherries.
- Multiple production modes available to suit different market needs. The processing method for cherry juice is not singular. Based on different customer production goals, we can offer multiple process combinations, such as:
- Conventional cold-pressed cherry juice solution: Fresher flavor, suitable for high-end markets;
- Hot-pressed cherry juice solution: Deeper color, richer taste, suitable for consumer preferences in certain regions;
- Customers can customize the configuration according to their brand positioning.
- Food-grade materials and hygienic design, easy to clean and maintain. The cherry juice production line is manufactured with sus304 stainless steel (or customized sus316), which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. All equipment supports cip automatic cleaning systems, making cleaning more efficient and safe, and complying with international food hygiene standards.
