A client from Malaysia recently partnered with our company to order our pineapple juice processing equipment. The client’s region features a hot and humid climate with abundant rainfall—conditions highly conducive to pineapple cultivation. Furthermore, the local government has recently provided robust support to the pineapple deep-processing industry. Benefiting from a combination of favorable conditions—including policy subsidies, tax incentives, and land support—the client decided to expand their existing pineapple farming operations. They have chosen to pivot from the sole sale of fresh fruit toward the realm of deep processing, aiming to enhance product added value and bolster their market competitiveness.

During the initial stages of the project, the client was not particularly familiar with pineapple processing techniques, equipment configurations, or factory planning. After conducting extensive comparisons and engaging in detailed discussions, he ultimately selected us as his provider for both equipment supply and comprehensive solutions. Our extensive experience in fruit juice processing projects—combined with our ability to deliver customized solutions tailored to the client’s specific circumstances—proved to be a pivotal factor in his decision-making process.
To ensure the smooth advancement of the project, our engineering team traveled to our client’s site in Malaysia on multiple occasions to conduct on-site inspections. Through a detailed assessment of the client’s current cultivation scale, raw material quality, facility space, and future development plans, we custom-designed a comprehensive pineapple juice production line solution tailored specifically to their needs.
The entire production line encompasses a complete process flow, ranging from raw material handling to finished product filling. In designing this solution, we paid particular attention to meeting our client’s dual requirements for both product quality and production efficiency. The entire line is constructed from food-grade stainless steel, ensuring full compliance with international food safety standards. Furthermore, key equipment is outfitted with automated control systems capable of precise regulation of parameters—such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate—thereby significantly minimizing manual intervention and enhancing production stability.
In addition to the equipment itself, we have provided our clients with comprehensive factory planning recommendations—including the layout of production zones, the design of material flow, and the optimization of personnel movement paths. This approach not only enhances the overall operational efficiency of the facility but also facilitates subsequent management and maintenance.We are currently manufacturing the equipment in accordance with the finalized plan. Once production is complete, we will proceed with the transportation and installation phases, continuing until the production line is successfully commissioned and fully operational.
