After efficient processes such as pitting, beating, degassing, sterilization and aseptic filling, it can produce about 600 kg/hour of high-quality mango puree, with a finished product rate of about 60%.

Main Equipment of Mango Processing Unit:

  1. Bubble cleaning machine: It cleans fresh mangoes in depth from all directions, and uses high-pressure bubbles to remove surface sand, residual pesticides and impurities, ensuring the hygienic and safe processing of subsequent processes.
  2. Core-removing pulping machine: It peels and cores mangoes, and then pulps them. This equipment is the core of the entire mango puree processing unit and determines the fineness and pulping rate of the finished mango puree.
  3. Buffer tank: used to temporarily store the raw pulp after beating, providing a stable and continuous supply of raw materials for the next process.
  4. Degasser: removes dissolved oxygen and impurities in mango puree to prevent oxidation and discoloration, and improve the color stability and shelf life of the finished product.
  5. Sterilizer: Uses instant high temperature sterilization technology to effectively sterilize while retaining the original flavor and nutrients to the maximum extent.
  6. Aseptic barrel filling machine: Fills the sterilized mango puree into aseptic packaging containers, suitable for long-term refrigeration or room temperature storage, easy to transport and store.
