In the production process of hot sauce, the configuration of equipment is directly related to the production capacity, quality and stability of the product. In order to meet the requirements of different markets for the flavor and texture of hot sauce, the configuration of equipment to make hot sauce is also different.
- Chili Stem Remover
After being harvested, chili usually have chili stems, which not only affect subsequent processing, but may also bring in impurities, affecting the taste and hygiene of the product. The chili stem remover is designed for the pretreatment of large quantities of raw materials. It can quickly remove the chili stems and improve processing efficiency. The equipment adopts a drum structure and a built-in friction mechanism to separate the chili stems from the chili, with a stem removal rate of more than 95%.
- Chili cleaning machine
Chili raw materials often adhere to mud and impurities during planting and transportation, so the cleaning process is crucial. Commonly used chili cleaning equipment includes bubble cleaning machine and brush spray cleaning machine.
- Chili Crashing Machine
After washing, the chili needs to enter the crushing stage, which is mainly completed by the coarse crusher. This equipment can crush the whole chili with seeds and skin into a coarse pulp, so that the aroma of the chili is fully released, and at the same time it has a certain effect of retaining the chili particles. It is suitable for the production of granular hot sauce or mixed chili products.
- Hot Sauce Grinder
For customers who pursue fine hot sauce, the hot sauce needs further processing, and then a hot sauce grinder (colloid mill) is needed. This equipment further emulsifies and grinds the hot sauce through the high-speed rotating stator and rotor. The processed sauce particles are fine and uniform, with a particle size of 2~50 microns and a homogeneity of more than 90%.
- Mixing and stirring equipment
The flavors of hot sauce vary. In addition to the main raw material chili, auxiliary materials such as oil, garlic, salt, sugar, and seasonings need to be added. This step is completed by mixing and stirring equipment.
- Filling equipment
After the mixing is completed, the hot sauce will enter the filling stage. Common ones include automatic hot sauce filling machines, which can be adapted to different bottle and bag packaging forms to complete high-precision quantitative filling.
According to the production scale, it can also be equipped with automatic capping machines, capping machines, labeling machines, inkjet printers, etc. to realize a fully automatic filling and packaging process.
