Description
This prune washing line is a cleaning system designed for fruit processing plants, export enterprises, and large-scale fruit orchards. The line primarily consists of two stages: washing and air-drying. Utilizing automated equipment, the system removes surface impurities from the prunes and rapidly eliminates excess surface moisture, thereby preparing the fruit for subsequent grading, packaging, cold storage, or sale.

The Main Processing Flow of the Prune Washing Line:
- Raw Material Conveying
Freshly harvested prunes first enter the conveying system. The equipment can be designed with conveyor structures of varying widths and lengths—tailored to meet the client’s specific production capacity requirements—to ensure the prunes are fed uniformly into the washing zone. During the conveying process, inspection stations can also be incorporated to facilitate the removal of prunes that are visibly damaged or rotten.
- Bubble Cleaning
The prune cleaning machine utilizes a high-pressure blower to continuously generate a large volume of bubbles within the water tank, creating a turbulent, rolling water flow. Propelled by this gentle current, the prunes tumble continuously, ensuring thorough removal of surface contaminants. This cleaning method achieves a more uniform wash, minimizes damage to the fruit’s skin, and prevents bruising of the prunes.

- Air Drying
After washing, the surface of the prunes typically retains a significant amount of moisture. The air-drying system employs multiple high-powered fans positioned at various angles to remove this excess surface moisture. This prevents bacterial proliferation during subsequent storage, thereby safeguarding the prunes’ freshness.
- Auxiliary Systems
Additionally, this prune washing line can be integrated with a grading system. Through automated grading equipment, the prunes can be sorted according to various criteria, thereby enabling sales based on specific quality grades.

Prune Washing Line Features:
- Effective Cleaning with Minimal Damage: Utilizing bubble-cleaning technology, the system employs a gentle, rolling water flow to remove surface impurities from prunes, ensuring thorough cleanliness while minimizing damage to the fruit’s skin.
- High Degree of Automation: The washing line is designed for continuous operation, thereby reducing the need for manual labor and significantly boosting processing efficiency.
- Flexible Configuration: The prunes cleaning machine can be operated as a standalone unit or seamlessly integrated with downstream systems—such as grading, packaging, and labeling—to form a complete, comprehensive processing solution.
