Tomatoes enter the sieve cylinder from the feed hopper, and the motor drives the scraper to rotate through the transmission system. Due to the rotation of the scraper and the lead angle, the tomato moves between the scraper and the sieve cylinder along the cylinder wall to the outlet end. The movement track is a spiral.

Due to the centrifugal force of the tomato during the movement, the tomato juice and the pulpy meat flow out from the holes of the cylindrical sieve and flow into the liquid storage tank at the lower end of the collection hopper.

Leftovers such as tomato skins and seeds are discharged from the residue outlet at the left end of the cylindrical sieve to achieve the purpose of separation.
